- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Truly awful customer service. It is no longer possible to order a repeat prescription over the phone and the online method is awful. For some reason my password never seems to work twice? If you ring the surgery they will just tell you to go to the pharmacy. everything seems to be "just go to the pharmacy and they will do it" The lady seems to have zero understanding.
