- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Been here a while now but recently the number of mistakes made by staff especially at reception has increased, one particular staff member on reception is always rude and makes comments about patients waiting in waiting area for all to here in earshot if other patients and staff, is also impatient and snappy at patients. Got my contact telephone number mixed up and placed onto another member of family which I thought was for me, I cancelled it but when realising it wasn't mine they then wouldn't give it back to her, but this is there error not mine. Also they never answer there phones it just rings forever, not good when you only can phone during your lunch break. The only good thing about this place is the dentist's themselves, they are always polite and helpful, pity the reception staff don't learn from this!by marg petersDecember 18, 2016
