- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Asked for medical records to be sent over to our insurance , took them 5 phone calls to get it done, when the records arrived they kindly had been calling us "whittling owners" and lied about missed appointments (we didn't miss any) I asked about my pets hip the Right hip and on the records it stated Left! My fault for not explaining apparently. Admittedly my pet was a little over weight and we changed diet and exercise but got constantly scowled at whenever we went in with them just saying "it's just her weight" went to a proper vet (and many others have too) and found she has arthritis in her hip after an x-ray on her RIGHT hip , funny that so if you like poor records and poor care and condescending staff go there if not go elsewhereby Ryan SogrowiczukJanuary 06, 2017
