  Just had a filling done by one the dentists there Dr Kamran Ahmed. I had such a pleasant experience and would recommend him to absolutely everyone! I am very nervous when it comes to dental treatment but he managed to put me at ease and do a great job. The nurse Lisa was brilliant, too! Definitely come here if you're after high quality cosmetic dental treatment and outstanding patient care.

  As mentioned by another review the customer service is lacking. Having had almost 18 months worth of work done with Invisalign and crown replacements, most appointments were late as I was kept waiting for more than 15 minutes on most occasions. On my penultimate appointment I called to say I was stuck in traffic due to someone broken down, and would be about ten minutes late. I got there 8 minutes late, but was told that I was 11 minutes late so he could not see me as his next client had already gone in - meaning they were 20 minutes. I got told they were already sat waiting to be seen. My partner went up, and there was no-one in the chair being seen or waiting. I waited and asked to be seen by the manager, given that I was always kept waiting, and eventually I got seen. Funnily enough, my next appointment - I was kept waiting longer than 10 minutes. At 10 minutes late I asked at reception, I was told the clocks are always fast and he was only 7 minutes late.... One rule for them. One for clients. They lack severe customer service and empathy but once you have started paying for Invisalign and having treatment you can't go elsewhere. I know I am not the only one who feels the same. I won't be going back!
